Sale of Condominium Units
If and when any unit owner receives a “bona fide offer” for the sale of his/her/their unit, the unit owner is required to give notice of the offer to the Board of Trustees to request a Release by the Trust of its Right of First Refusal.
Please see Section 5.36 of the Villas Condominium Trust for the specific provisions regarding the sale of a unit. The Trust document can be found under Pages “Condo Documents”.
Rentals
If and when any unit owner wishes to rent his/her/their unit, the unit owner is required to advise the Board of their intentions.
No rental shall be for any term of less than six (6) months.
The total number of rental units shall not exceed 10% of the total numbers of units in the condominium.
